At Chopped Chilli, we deliver freshly cooked, 100% vegetarian meals straight to your doorstep in Varanasi—hot, hygienic, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders and what customers can expect from our delivery service.
Service Availability
We currently operate exclusively within the Varanasi city limits. Orders placed outside our delivery zone will be cancelled and refunded if payment is made.
Order Preparation & Advance Notice
- Every order is cooked fresh only after it is placed.
- To ensure quality and on-time delivery, same-day orders must be placed at least 3 hours in advance.
- Orders are confirmed only after a minimum of 15% advance payment is received. The remaining payment can be made upon delivery or prepaid in full.
Example:
If you need delivery by 7 PM, please place and confirm your order by 4 PM.
Delivery Timeframe
- Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparation and aim to deliver within the agreed time slot.
- While we strive to be punctual, minor delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Delivery Charges
We are happy to offer FREE delivery on all confirmed orders, regardless of order value or distance (within city limits).
There are no hidden charges—just delicious food delivered to your door.

If your address is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately after order placement.
Recipient Availability
To avoid delivery issues:
Please provide accurate address details.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery time.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, we may not be able to offer a refund, especially once the food is prepared and dispatched.

After receiving your advance payment, you will get:
- An official Order Confirmation
- Estimated delivery time
- Real-time updates (via phone/SMS/WhatsApp, if enabled)
