Our Services
Chopped Chilli offers pure vegetarian food prepared fresh and delivered across Varanasi. We reserve the right to change menu items, pricing, or service areas at any time.
Order Placement and Acceptance
- Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or authorized third-party platforms.
- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via your chosen contact method.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailable items, incorrect pricing, or delivery constraints.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery, UPI, or payment gateways (if available).
- Orders are only processed after successful payment (for prepaid options).
Delivery Terms
- We strive to deliver your food hot and on time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We currently deliver only within Varanasi city limits.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.
Cancellation & Refunds
Order Cancellation:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after food preparation has started. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your bulk order.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- If the order is cancelled before preparation begins
- If there is a delivery failure due to our fault (e.g., incomplete delivery, undelivered items)
Refund Timeline:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed as per the original mode of payment. Refund processing times may vary:
- UPI/Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
Hygiene & Safety
We follow strict hygiene protocols in our 100% vegetarian kitchen. However, we do not take liability for food reactions due to unknown allergies or specific dietary restrictions unless explicitly informed at the time of ordering.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, logos, and menu items—is the property of Chopped Chilli. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Chopped Chilli is not liable for:
- Delays due to third-party delivery issues
- Loss or damage caused by food consumption if customer dietary preferences are not disclosed
- Minor variations in taste due to natural ingredients and seasonal availability
